RESPONSIBILITIES
My Taxi Long Distance is a company that allows reservations for the transport of people in regulated Taxis in the Alps-Maritimes for short and long distance journeys. Each reservation on www.my-taxi-long-distance.com systematically implies acceptance by our customers of these General Conditions of Use. These are automatically applied, and this without obligation for My Taxi Long Distance to refute any possible contrary conditions. Online service reservations on our site commit our customers to all of these rules.
BOOKING RULES
The fixed rates indicated are the maximum charged, in fact as a Taxi, a regulatory meter will be activated during the journey, and if the rate displayed is lower than the price announced when booking, it is the cheaper that will be applied.
PASSENGER-CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
It is forbidden to smoke or bring animals (except by prior arrangement), explosive, corrosive, dangerous, toxic or flammable substances inside our drivers' vehicles. The passenger-client's liability will be incurred in the event of non-compliance with these rules, and My Taxi Long Distance will reserve the right to take any appropriate action. All delays in transport times due to unforeseeable traffic problems will not give rise to any right to compensation, whatever they may be. My Taxi Long Distance also reserves the right to subcontract all private transport services to drivers selected by itself.
PERSONAL DATA
All data communicated by Internet users are strictly confidential. Under no circumstances may they be transmitted to anyone. In accordance with the "Computer Science and Freedom" French law, Internet users have the right to access, rectify and oppose all personal data, and will be able to exercise them by post or from our contact page.

INSURANCE
My Taxi Long Distance is committed to doing everything possible to accompany its passengers in the best possible safety conditions and as quickly as possible to their destination. Thus, My Taxi Long Distance and all of its partners have the guarantees of notoriously solvent insurance companies, covering all risks relating to their activity, and this in accordance with the legislation in force.
These insurance contracts cover in terms of civil liability all direct material and immaterial damage and bodily injury suffered by the passenger, within a limit set according to the current insurance contract. And this with the exception of damage due to the customer's liability, from the time they get into the vehicle until they get out, these two actions remaining included.
JURISDICTIONS
These General Conditions of Use are governed by French law, and any disputes relating to their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the French High Court.
